Nicholas Rosano, Esq. is the founding member of Rosano, P.C. Mr. Rosano concentrates his law practice in the fields of corporate law and governance, business, and construction law. He advises businesses making critical decisions at every stage of development, from inception to succession or dissolution. His clients include individuals with no prior business experience, as well as seasoned entrepreneurs and existing organizations.
With almost 20 years of local business experience, Mr. Rosano’s tailored legal advice, skilled negotiating, and efficient legal solutions as a business, corporate, and construction attorney are grounded in his thorough understanding of business matters. He has organized startup organizations, assisted in all stages of their growth, and continues to assist mature organizations in their continued development and expansion with cost-effective legal solutions.
Mr. Rosano graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland University College with a Bachelor of Science in Global Business and Public Policy and earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Rosano is admitted to practice law in all Maryland state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a Maryland Rule 17 trained mediator.
In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, mountain biking, and playing chess. Mr. Rosano also volunteers and provides pro bono legal services to Our House, a job training and life skills facility for at-risk adolescents in Brookeville, MD.
